Position Overview
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals to provide executive support. As the Personal Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, efficient communication, and effective time management for our executive team.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Your role will encompass:
- Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining schedules, prioritizing appointments, and ensuring zero conflicts.
- Communication: Acting as the liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism.
- Documentation and Filing: Managing sensitive legal documents, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining systematic filing systems.
- Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, recording minutes, and facilitating smooth discussions.
- Travel Coordination: Planning travel itineraries, including transport and accommodation.
- Expense Management: Monitoring budgets, handling reimbursements, and maintaining financial records.
- Confidentiality: Upholding the highest standards of discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Project Assistance: Supporting ongoing legal cases or firm projects as needed.
- Relationship Building: Nurturing professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
