Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, New Wage Code (not in force) are primarily regulating the employment of Workmen. CCS (CCA) Rules and other Rules govern the service conditions of the Government Servants.
Article 136 of the Constitution of India confers an extraordinary jurisdiction upon the Hon’ble Supreme Court to grant special leave to appeal against any judgment, order, decision, determination etc from any Court or Tribunal in any cause or a matter except the matters relating to Armed Forces.
