Key Responsibilities – What You Will Own

As our Client Experience Executive, you will:

• Manage inbound & outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Handle client onboarding & coordination from first contact to long-term relationship.
• Oversee community engagement (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram, offline networking).
• Support in event management (workshops, seminars, conclaves).
• Maintain and optimize contacts database & CRM systems.
• Provide real-time client support and ensure a world-class experience.
• Act as the bridge between clients, lawyers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in client relations, coordination, event or community management.
• Prior work with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms preferred.
