Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership & Operations
- Ensure 100% adherence to all HR policies, legal compliance, and Supreme Court confidentiality protocols
- Handle HR audits, legal documentation, HR policy implementation
- Maintain smooth cross-functional communication with legal teams
Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end HR recruitment process for Junior Advocates, Researchers, and Legal Staff
- Execute hiring campaigns with minimal vacancy cycle time
- Conduct onboarding programs that reflect the culture and ethos of Supreme Court practice
Employee Engagement, Payroll & Development
- Maintain accurate and timely payroll processing, employee documentation, and benefits
- Build HR systems that support staff retention, well-being, and legal office efficiency
- Monitor appraisals, training, and team morale with clear KPIs
Exit Management & HR Reporting
- Manage structured exit interviews and smooth offboarding procedures
- Generate HR analytics reports (cost per hire, retention, attrition metrics)
