HR Operations & Administration

• Manage payroll with advanced tools like HR admin software, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain detailed employee documentation and oversee smooth HR operations.
• Prepare analytical reports on HR metrics, including retention rates, cost per hire, and employee turnover.

Employee Development & Relations

• Develop training, induction, and professional growth programs to enhance team performance.
• Address grievances with professionalism, fostering a positive and harmonious workplace.
• Monitor and improve employee satisfaction through consistent evaluations and appraisals.
