Key Responsibilities
As our Workforce Development Executive, you will:
- Manage end-to-end staff lifecycle — from hiring to exit.
- Conduct background verification, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.
- Draft and enforce policies, SOPs, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Conduct training, mentorship support, and workforce development programs.
- Handle grievance redressal, discipline, and conflict management.
- Oversee exit processes, including exit interviews and clearance.
- Work closely with leadership to align people’s growth with the firm’s growth vision.

Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related fields.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in end-to-end HR management.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, labor laws, and HR systems.
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
