is a body of laws which regulates trade and commerce. Businesses of Persons, Merchants and Sales are involved in these commercial laws. Commercial Laws are also known as “Business Laws”. Sales of Goods Act, Contract Act, etc are the examples of Commercial Laws.
In India Commercial Courts Act, 2015 regulates the practice and procedure for adjudicating commercial disputes of specified value in the Commercial Courts.
Article 136 of the Constitution of India confers an extraordinary jurisdiction upon the Hon’ble Supreme Court to grant special leave to appeal against any judgment, order, decision, determination etc from any Court or Tribunal in any cause or a matter except the matters relating to Armed Forces.
